COUNSELLING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Young people are at a time in their life that brings many emotional and social challenges. In Australia in any 12-month period, one in six 16-24 year olds experience anxiety, and as many as 160,000 experience depression. Intervening early when a problem first occurs can make all the difference. It allows young people to embrace their lives and thrive, so they can lead rich and meaningful lives.
